There seems to be quite a lot of support for a new running topic - my thread is called Would anyone like a board for running threads?, and is within the Exercise topic.

We can see that the thread over in exercise has generated quite a bit of interest, and some really useful debate too. We're going to refer all the feedback onwards and upwards and will get back to everyone on the original thread. If anyone else would like to add their thoughts, we think the original thread is probably the best place to do this too if that makes sense?
