Is it just me or are some of the posts on the threads muddled up?

Maybe this is just me but I have just had a look at the Mumsnet Mamas Week 28 thread and something I posted last week is showing up as having been posted yesterday. Some of the other threads look a bit confused too. Anyone else having problems?

Yes, yes, yes. Was reading stuff dated today thinking 'I've read that already'

hewlettsdaughter · 19/07/2004 12:17

Same here

Papillon · 19/07/2004 13:06

thank goodness - thanks demented for this thread - thought I was having Déjàvous or losing the plot

Demented · 19/07/2004 13:26

Don't know if anyone else has done it but I'm off to mail Mumsnet now just in case they don't know. I was going to do it earlier but DS2 was happily posting the contents of my purse one by one through the letterbox, so I had to retieve my personal belongings from the street!

Good. Thought I'd finally lost the plot. I haven't looked at anything since saturday and yet it was all stuff I'd read.....

Doh, actually can someone else do it. I am using DH's PC as he is away with my laptop and the mail will automatically come up as being from his e-mail address. I don't know whether Mumsnet will reply but would rather they didn't send a mail to DH, who thinks this is all I do all day as it is!

I just did it for you demented

Bunglie · 19/07/2004 13:36

It does seem to be happenning all over the place, I think Mumsnet must have a Gremlin, as I too thought 'hmmm...deja vous'

Papillon · 19/07/2004 13:38

some threads have posts missing too I just noticed... so it is not just the date that is confused.

Azure · 19/07/2004 13:53

It's the same on the Big Brother thread - I got very confused.

tech · 19/07/2004 14:04

Yes, some of the postings have the wrong timestamps so come out in the wrong order. We'll fix this overnight tonight.... it means shutting everything down for a few minutes.

Regards,
Tech

Fio2 · 19/07/2004 15:59

I was just aboiut to start a thread on this! I have postings |I made yesterday and I never even logged on yesterday! and my reply on one thread cameup first, glad its not just me!

nightowl · 20/07/2004 01:04

and i thought i had just had a sudden posting frenzy of things ive already said...bit confused and fuddled but ok now!

SoupDragon · 20/07/2004 07:35

Glad it wasn't just me! I seemed to be missing the first posts of threads too. Great chunks were missing in fact.

jane313 · 20/07/2004 14:56

its realy odd like being in some sort of time warp. (although I have found that its like that all the tine on some threads on talkboards; you know when, you post some interesting fact or witty thought then about 7 posts later someone posts the same thing and you thing, grrr why don't you bother reading the thread first!)

Fio2 · 20/07/2004 14:59

it makes 'searching' really difficult/........
