No response from the volunteer night watch folks - they’re volunteers not paid.

Any chance this might make you have a look at the policy of no paid staff overnight. There are some disturbing pics

Or a defined rota for volunteers with expenses. Or something.

This isn't even the worst stuff that say there for hours upon hours before deletion.

We've had babies for sale. Mutilated corpses. Alcoholics fighting...

By the way this isn’t a dig at nightwatch. They aren’t paid they are volunteers and they have no obligation to be here dealing with stuff.

Paraphilia pervert with photos started multiple threads which sat there for about five hours. Summoning night watch in the normal way didn't work.

We're sorry if you happened upon the utterly grim images posted on the boards overnight- we really appreciate our NWers hiding the threads and all were deleted by MNHQ early this morning, so we hope the majority of MNers were spared.

We're having a broad review of how we do things on the community team and all the points made here will definitely be raised. As a quick measure, we're going to block newbies from posting images until they've been a member for 28 days, which will hopefully dissuade some of the more opportunistic trolls.
