Constant bold fail on app

Hi lovely MN people.

I am constantly having bold fail when I try to use the * method. Usually when I’m quoting another MNer. It’s starting to make me look slightly unhinged

I’m on iPhone 6s iOS 11.0.3

Not a massive problem but thought I’d raise it

lol! silly ios update. That was safari on my ipad.

I’ve been haven’t Big these issues since the last iOS update. Such a shame as I like a strike through.

Think bold works for me though and italicise.

Just no —strike through— issues.

Also the text looks different to how it used to. It’s skinnier.

Checking the device fix from the other thread about this. hopefully this works (general-settings-turn smart pumction off. Just fixes the strikeout issue.)
