Refreshing the page on a mobile

I tend to use active conversations but I find on my mobile that when I click on the active button it doesn't refresh. This happens even if I haven't used it for several days. Does anybody know why?

Not sure of the technical reasons, but if you pull the page downwards when you're already at the top it should refresh. Not sure if that helps or not!

Can you let us know if you're on the app or the mobile site?

I'm using the app on my phone. When I use my laptop or tablet there's no problem, but the same Active page will stay on my phone all day. If I click on a thread with say 12 posts, when I see the thread it could have hundreds of posts. Even if I go into Topics and back to Active, it keeps the same page.

Was this ever resolved? I have the same problem with the app
