Ad coming up

Whenever I click on a thread, I get an ad coming up that tells me I am winner, it takes me completely out of mn's and I have to close it down and log back into mns, this is the only site it is happening with, however I will run a scan just incase its my computer. I do have a screenshot, but don't seem to be able to post it
