The nipple make up thread, especially with this deletion message. It's really quite normal and the message is just plain rude.

Why was this deleted?

I have no idea what the thread was about, but that message is really mean!!

MyBrilliantDisguise · 05/10/2017 16:33

"Good lord" is mean? Really?

callmehannahbaker · 05/10/2017 16:35

Exactly! I'm really shocked at it-it was a short thread about nipple make up. That was it!

OP posts:
AnchorDownDeepBreath · 05/10/2017 16:35

I am so curious. What is nipple makeup?

callmehannahbaker · 05/10/2017 16:36

And no, not 'good lord', more about saying the op is not 'on the level'.

OP posts:
AfunaMbatata · 05/10/2017 16:36

DId the op ever go back to that thread?

callmehannahbaker · 05/10/2017 16:38

You can buy nipple stain, it makes your nipples stand out more (think lip stain for nipples). It's good if you have very light areola.

OP posts:
Flatbum · 05/10/2017 16:40

DO people want dark areolas now? People used to want light ones. Fads fads fads.

callmehannahbaker · 05/10/2017 16:45

I've been using it 13 years, it boosts my confidence.

OP posts:
Eminybob · 05/10/2017 16:55

Do you wear it every day under your clothes, or only when you are on a promise?

I have truly never heard of this and I have non-existent areolas

Sparklingbrook · 05/10/2017 16:58

The message sums it up really.

Albandra · 05/10/2017 16:59

What is the make up for? I had heard of nipple tattoo for reconstructive surgery, is the make up on this line?

SandyMumsnet · 05/10/2017 17:00

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for any upset here Flowers, offending folk is never our intention. Perhaps we are not the best comedians sometimes! When we make a bad call we're always happy to hold our hands up.

We deleted the thread due to our concerns about the OP and we were a bit blunt about that so many apologies for that too.Flowers
We've got in touch with the OP behind the scenes and we're waiting to hear back from them. Many thanks.

Maudlinmaud · 05/10/2017 17:00

Well most people would be shocked enough to exclaim good lord at the notion of painting ones nipples.

Joinourclub · 05/10/2017 17:09

My mind is blown by the thought of nipple make up. I had no idea that this existed, no idea that darker nipples = more desirable, no idea that this was a problem that needed solving.

winchesterfan · 05/10/2017 18:01

Benetint was originally designed as a nipple tint!

AnyFucker · 05/10/2017 18:08

That message was not rude. Women who darken their nipples for any reason other than medical need their bloody heads read

Same: designer vaginas and anal bleaching.

Sparklingbrook · 05/10/2017 18:10

It's got to be one of the most pointless things to spend your time doing.

WorraLiberty · 05/10/2017 18:12

I don't care what people choose to do with their own bodies.

But that message was not rude imo.

AdalindSchade · 05/10/2017 18:12

13 years of painting your nipples? Shock the mind boggles

Sparklingbrook · 05/10/2017 18:13

Doesn't it come off on your bra?

BeatriceBeaudelaire · 05/10/2017 18:40

The people writing the message are people ... they won’t always get it right. Chill they’re checking validity and will reinstate if deemed appropriate .

callmehannahbaker · 05/10/2017 19:24

I darken them for sex and for scenes.
The thread was posted in the sex topic.

It is insulting that a personal preference makes you not quite right to some people.

OP posts:
callmehannahbaker · 05/10/2017 19:26

And yes, benetint was a nipple stain at first.

OP posts:
Expemsiveuniform · 05/10/2017 19:26

So you go to BDSM clubs and darken your nipples for that?
