why am I seeing some slimming bollox being advertised?? sort it out MN

it's gone now- it was on the right side if that helps and featured 2 women- maybe in jeans+bikini top, one of whom had a slight bulge on the hips- text said something about a miracle non surgical solution- reminded me of the 'beach body ready' thing they had on the underground a few years ago.
