Subscribed to email newsletters but not receiving anything

I'm subscribed to a number of the newsletter topics (roundup, parenting, food, etc.) but I haven't received any emails for months.

I have checked my account and my email is correct and I haven't made any changes to any settings - what do I need to do to get the newsletters again?
