Does anyone know what happens if you report a personal message to MNHQ?

I reported one a while ago and have just seen another op quote a pm she's just received which I think contains a personal attack.

I know posts on threads get deleted but what happens if someone sends a nasty pm?

We've replied to your mail now (apologies for not spotting this thread sooner!)

We look at PM's the same way we look at posts - if they break talk guidelines, we'll follow the same procedure (remove, mail the sender if needed).
