New survey just up about childcare, with top prize of weekend away at luxury family hotel. Only takes a minute and you never know ... it could be you.

Gumtree survey is here

And in case that's not enough there's another chance to win £250 of either White company or Space NK vouchers by filling in the what-kids-do-in-the-back-of-the-car survey for Citroen - again only takes a minute and just think of all that retail therapy!

Citroen survey is here

Done!

hana · 29/03/2007 16:55

done!

JJMumsnet · 02/04/2007 12:33

Bump - fill 'em out for a chance to win!

SlightlyMadSpringBunny · 03/04/2007 22:47

Have done the Ciroen one, but the Gumtree one I found pretty annoying and badly written TBH. It is very biassed towards childminders/nannies, but doesn't say that you can't fill it in if you use a nursery IYSWIM...

What form of childcare do you use? Nursery isn't listed, (And yes I know it can go in hte 'other' box, but with it major form of childcare, at least where I am, I think it should be represented by a tick-box)

How much do you pay for your childcare...with a list of random prices. Do you want to know per day/week/month/year????

Which of the following benefits would you offer your childcarer? pensions, healthcare...hardly appropriate for nursery staff...

popmum · 03/04/2007 22:57

agree with slightly mad... the gumtree one is terrible. I am an ex market researcher and i don;t think anyone with any MR experience wrote it!!!

SlightlyMadSpringBunny · 03/04/2007 23:00

Glad I am not going mad...glad someone found it annoying too...

It would be OK(ish) if nursery was in the first list but when you tick that box it said "thankyou very much but we don't care what else you think if you use a nursery - so piss off and don't come back"

ScoobyDooooo · 03/04/2007 23:01

I always do these things & never win boo hoo

SlightlyMadSpringBunny · 03/04/2007 23:03

Well I'm not likely to win now after slating it to high heaven

lemonaid · 03/04/2007 23:04

Agree that the Gumtree one is intensely annoying on a host of levels.

bunnypeculiar · 03/04/2007 23:07

Another MRer keen to slate the Gumtree one - didn't work if your answer was 'childminder' either - essentially was onlyinterested in people with nannies - would have made more sense to just say
Qu 1 do you use a nanny? No, ok, feck off then

bunnypeculiar · 03/04/2007 23:07

Can't dispute that they were quick though!

SlightlyMadSpringBunny · 03/04/2007 23:09

Oooo feels like I'm leading a revolt

bunnypeculiar · 03/04/2007 23:12

Loving the idea of a revolt of MRers ... "we'll just check everyone agrees with us (& perhaps do some conjoint analysis and a bit of Transactional Analysis, THEN we'll storm the citidel"

GreenandBlackOtter · 03/04/2007 23:14

that gumtree one was the worst designed survey EVER

AbbyMumsnet · 04/04/2007 10:53

bump

carriemumsnet · 08/04/2007 21:43

Happy Easter all

If anyone's around and hasn't yet filled in these surveys - please feel free - you never know you might even win! Thanks for feedback on Gumtree survey too - will pass it on

Thanks in advance

lulumama · 11/04/2007 12:26

have done them , please make sure i win, ok??

IdrisTheDragon · 11/04/2007 12:29

Find some of the Gumtree questions laughable, but maybe I will win (chances are very slim....)

OhhPoo · 11/04/2007 12:39

Gumtree - who the hell designed this???

"Because I don't like looking after the children myself full time " WTF?

tigerschick · 11/04/2007 12:41

I'm a SAHM so I ticked that box and didn't bother to read the rest closely!
Do you think I still might win?

carriemumsnet · 11/04/2007 14:23
