Mumsnet Daily Competitions Banner ad

Is this a genuine Mumsnet thing: mumsnet.iwn.io/contact-us.php ? It's on the banner ads but apart from using the Mumsnet logo I can't see what the connection with Mumsnet is or if it is legit.

Yes I think so because it's on the competition pages too, like a competition not a banner
