'Politics' Board

I am increasingly alarmed at the sheer volume of Brexit threads started by the same poster/s, where a couple of other posters (always the same ones) pile in with a 'yes, you're right, and what's more...' followed by a link to some 'research' (usually a neo-con blogger or right wing think tank). There are a suspiciously high volume of these sock-puppety threads - has anyone else noticed? Can MN investigate? I've started reporting them.

Hi there YokoReturns,

Just to say that we've received your reports and are going to take a look.

Thanks Lorna Flowers appreciate it! I don't know how popular the politics/EU Ref boards are but I am increasingly concerned at the length and 'slant' of the posts started by maybe 3 posters. Hmm

I had an email from BeckyMumsnet earlier saying that she didn't believe that there was sock-puppeting but I'm on a thread where I believe that very thing is happening right now.

Would it be helpful for me to flag more?
