Old threads showing on app search

Hi there; I tried reporting this in a comment rather than starting a thread, but I'm not sure if those all go through.

I've noticed for a while now that old threads which should have been long deleted (including sensitive areas of the site) show up in search on the iPhone app.

I've attached one example, I hope that's ok but please delete if not or after you've looked at the thread.

All that happens when I click on it, it just says "unable to establish connection" or something like that - but I'm just a bit concerned that old names and previews show like this when people might have thought they were gone? Can someone in tech look into it?

Thanks so much fliss, much appreciated. I'm on the iPhone app so I guess it would be iOS? (And if you want to delete this thread now so no one else spots it, that's fine by me!)
