Why would I get this error on mobile?

It doesn't happen all the time, but occasionally. I don't think I'm using a proxy, I'm just on normal mobile Internet, no weird browsers or ad blockers.

Sorry about this! Can we ask when this error occurred? From your screenshot it says 16:23, so was this yesterday? Tech have made some changes this morning to reduce timeouts, so this shouldn't be an issue now! Is this still happening for you?
