Tech - searches for messages

If I have done a search on messages and opt to return to the 'results page' for a further browse, it keeps disappearing. It says the web page has expired. Never used to do that. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

it does that to me too, most annoying.

raspberryberet · 21/03/2007 19:03

I've noticed that, too.

Very annoying when there's a number of posts on a search that you want to look at.

SoupDragon · 21/03/2007 19:03

I just use the back button on my browser!

raspberryberet · 21/03/2007 19:05

I'm using the back button, SD.

Still does it.

totaleclipse · 21/03/2007 19:05

It happens even when I use the back button on browser.

Miond you, I've no idea where "return to results page" is. I've never seen it when I search for stuff.

I thought it was just me!

Anyone out there?

Hello,
Sorry for the delay in replying. Whether something is "expired" or not normally depends on your browser's setting on how it treats "cached" pages. Normally, if your browser thinks the results page has expired, just hitting F5 / Refresh button will make the results come back (though you may see another warning asking you to confirm you want to search again). I'm not aware of any recent change on our side that would affect this.

Regards,
Tech
