Forms for participation in Insight tests

I've filled out two forms for Insight tests (the mattress and the cake) in the last two days, and I have a niggle...

When you ask for mobile number, is it possible to add a section for any "notes"? Problem is, I have a mobile but due to my asd I can't talk on the phone. So I'm happy being contacted by text or by someone leaving a voicemail, but I can't answer the phone if the contact is going to be that way, and I don't want to miss out.

Even if this isn't possible for now, could you add a note on my applications for these two tests explaining that I won't answer a phone call?

hi - we'd only use mobile numbers for texts or for very rare chasing of testers (or sometimes the delivery may need to call to check on delivery). Fine to add a note next to your number.

I didn't add a number. Is that a problem? I don't have a mobile phone!
