Why can't I post pictures?

I'm on the mobile site, but if I try and attach a picture to a post it takes forever to think about it then tells me it can't and asks if I want to retry. Very frustrating. I'm pretty sure I haven't used my daily limit yet.

I don't mean the mobile site, I'm on the app and can't post pictures, just tried the mobile site and that posted on fine

You know what we're going to say, first and foremost have you cleared your cache and cookies and whatnot? It's usually those things that cause these annoyances.
