Political parties can book advertising on Mumsnet in the same way that other organisation/companies can - but the ads aren't targeted based on what users post or read on here.

If you've expressed interest in something elsewhere on the web, though, it's possible for ad buyers to retarget you elsewhere, including on Mumsnet.
