Is there just one of you on at a time? Obviously there's often no one, but before you delete does anyone check?

I'm asking because a thread went poof just now along the lines of:

OP I'm relapsing with a MH issue...lots of credible but not triggering detail...advice please.

Response 6 days later
Get over yourself

Several other responses immediately after with helpful support until headmistressy sneery 'that wasn't a nice thing to say to yourself' and it's been deleted.
There are responsibilities adjutant to owning such a popular site. MNHQ really must run it better.

Hi OP

This was indeed a bit of a miss-step.

Generally we hope we do a good job across a very busy site - but we do get it wrong. This is more likely to happen when we're having a particular influx of trolls and other nasties, as seems to have happened here.

We think it's probably a bit late to reinstate the thread now, but we'll definitely have a chat here about how to respond if a similar situation arises again, and we'll contact the OP to apologise.

Thanks for the feedback.

MNHQ

Glad to hear it. To the OP this must have felt like a kick in the teeth.
I really appreciate your reply and response. Flowers
