How do I private message someone?

Find them on a thread and where it says "message poster" on the right hand side of their post, click on that and it will bring a PM box up. Not all MNers accept them though, there is a facility to block PMs in settings.

The right hand side that says Add message | Report | Message Poster

Ok, I'm not getting that. My only options are " bookmark, report or share ". Is this because I'm using my phone and need to use my computer?

I'm on an iPad on the mobile site. I should be getting the same thing as you, unless you are using the app and things are different there? I don't use the app.

Can you see those? If not, maybe you do need to use the mobile or desktop site to PM.

I'm on my mobile. If I click the three dots on your post I get this.

If you get the options Mint gets, then just click PM on the poster you want to message.

I'm on the app. I guess that would explain it then? There are no dots or other options. I'll have a look on my computer.
