Circle of doom

I've been trying to start a thread in Gardening for the last three days and all I get is the never ending circle of doom!
I'm on Android and using a Samsung 7.
It's not my home internet as I've tried at work on our superset all singing all dancing broadband and I've tried on DH mobile. I can add to threads but that's it. Screenshot attached.
Oh the irony of trying to start a thread on not being able to.
For context, it's 8.20am and I'm just about to hit the create button.

All I want is my mystery shrub identified.

No help here re: circle of doom or mystery shrub but I love the 'I can't start a thread' thread paradox

Mumsnet and it's workings are the 8th wonder of the world.

I don't know about the circle of doom, but I suggest the plant may be a peony? Does it have big flowers on it in the summer and die down in the winter?

Can you post another picture please - I can't zoom in close enough to see really. If it is a peony it won't like moving

I'm 90% sure that is a peony - I'd leave it and enjoy the lovely pompom like blooms
