why do mn hq not even post on a thread when they have had lots of reports? in the old days you would get a email saying what mn hq thought, now you don't, so how do you even know mn hq have read the report?

We do understand that it can be frustrating when you are sending reports and there is no email response. In this case, there were a lot of reports on this thread to work through and it's not always a case of deleting the thread or posts etc...
WE REALLY rely on reports like these because you guys often see/notice things that we miss. We always appreciate it.
