Purple box with short cuts at bottom disappeared

Is the purple box for you the sliders or the main menu bar at the bottom of the screen?

Also, could you let us know what device you are using?

Main menu bar at bottom. The purple one that has shortcuts to tio , active etc

It sounds like you could be using the desktop version of the mobile site and so we just want to take a little look!

This happens to me sometimes and I just swipe to another window that's open and come back and it's fixed.

Right, you know the middle button of the head and shoulders? Just next to the search icon. Can you click on that. It will bring up a little menu as pictured.

At the bottom, it has options to show or hide the purple toolbar!
