Threads ive posted on arent showing in 'I'm on'

but its not showing up on 'I'm on' at all. Ive tried refreshing, logging out and back in again but its still not showing up.
Is this just me or is anyone else having this issue?

I'm using a desktop pc. I think its Chrome for the browser.

It doesn't show when I log in on my phone either. Confused Its just this one thread which is a bit odd.
