Admin - my password reset doesn't work

Hello, I'm a fairly long standing user but recently when I have tried to log in it says my password is incorrect. When I then ask for a password reset, the email never arrives (not even in junk folder)

Pleeeease could I get some help to get my old log in back?

Op it does sound like you've been banned. I was banned by accident once. Email MNHQ and see.

What on earth? Hope not - I can't think of any reason why I'd be banned. I'll send them an email. Does anyone know the email address?
