Smurf banner getting in the way

When the smurf ad is at the top it covers up the options of Active| I'm on| I'm watching| I started| Last 15 minutes| Last hour| Last Day and I have to go backwards to get away from it.

Please sort it out.

When I click on a thread if the smurf ad is there I can't click on anything at the top. It only happens with the Smurf ad. Next time it happens I'll copy the link.

Finally it happened again -
