When I stopped obsessing about how I couldn't post here to get the problem fixed I finally realised out that I could email MN .

So emailed last night and woke up today and can post ! Hooray .

Though I'm a bit disturbed by how much I minded

And thank you again for advising me to try clearing my cache to resolve the not posting problem .It seems to have done the trick .
