Opening pages at the bottom?

Don't know how to describe it really, but every page I open (bar the full talk list) is opening right at the bottom as though the ad is bookmarked? Very odd and a bit irritating!

I can scroll back no problem but just wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if there is anything I can do to stop it.

I'm on iPhone 6 updated to latest iOS, not on private browsing. Other sites seems to be fine although I admit I don't use other forums. I'm on the mobile version not the app.

Has anyone else had this issue?

My phone is being a massive arse at the moment and won't keep any pages open if I leave safari (to use something else, not swiping it away I mean) but that's all pages not just this one. This has only started happening today for me and has done it on every MN page.

I have this sometimes, not just on mn though, google is good for it usually.

Ive got the same, I've just run an iPhone 7 update as well to no avail. It's v irritating!

What's happening as well is it won't re-direct if you click on a link (a proper one, not one of these recent ones)

Well....it all seems to be ok this morning . I forgot to reset the phone yesterday so unsure if it's me or you but I'm pleased!

I have had this all day. The Ads seem to display at the bottom which is why I think it is taking you to the bottom. On android and its really annoying.

I've had this all day, this morning it was taking me a while to scroll up, this afternoon I can't scroll up in one motion as the page skips back to the bottom at least three times before stopping. Happening on any MNet page I visit. Only happens on iOS, I'm on an iPad Pro using Safari.

Same for me - driving me bananas.

Drops to the bottom tile ad on every page I open, regardless if I've got a post bookmarked. Means I have to manually scroll to my saved post - which rather negates the purpose of bookmarking!

Mine is still doing this. Has been for about 2 days now. I'm on a apple 7 and I think I'm running the latest update.

I've just got this today - came to post. VERY annoying. I am on mobile site on my phone. IPhone 5s, fully updated....

Mine has started doing this since I updated yesterday.

My iPad mini is doing this too, iOS 10.2.1 It is on Mumsnet and Gransnet.
Straight to the bottom of the page every time, and it plops me into a message box with 2 spaces before anything I write. Are you trying to build up the site traffic? I checked on an full sized iPad and it doesn't do it on there.
It is really annoying having to scroll up again to the top of the page every single time. I thought it was just me, and I've even done a reset and restored from back up.
