About eighteen months ago you promised to replace the app that you got rid of within about six months.

Now when I access the site on my phone using Chrome, the helpful buttons have disappeared from the bottom so I have to just navigate back to previous pages.

I only use Chrome to access MN, there's an option (if you're logged in) to Hide (or not) the shortcut buttons that sit at the bottom of the page - click on the person icon next to the search one. Hope that works for you.

There was a thread ages and ages ago from hq asking who wanted to sign up to test it.
