The password in my welcome email is incorrect

I've literally copied and pared it 50 times, put it in about 30 times exactly. I'm losing the will to live here. The system doesn't work. I would have much rather chosen a password and username on sign up. Please can you send me a new password.

Can you try resetting your password again by going here:
www.mumsnet.com/password-reset/reset

Our new password requirements are as follows:
10 characters
A mix of letters and at least one symbol or number
Not a previous password (only applies to the last two you've used)

If you are on a mobile device and are getting the message “The following problems prevented us from resetting your password” but no more information, this is an issue our tech team are aware of. We’re very sorry, but you’ll need to try resetting your password on a desktop or laptop.

We do hope that helps to clear things up a bit, and so sorry for the inconvenience.

You may want to think about changing your browser (changing from, say, Firefox to Chrome) as this sometimes sorts out these technical issues.
