Ad for prescription medication?

I have an ad for consentyx on my active conversations page (mobile site). Is this a prescription medication? There is a link to prescribing guidelines in the ad. It's a while since I saw the pharma guidelines in the UK, but I thought only OTC medication could be advertised?
