Request for new Topic: Language Learning/Bilingualism

Dear MN Team, could you please consider adding a topic on Language Learning/Bilingualism. Please see here for a thread started by Marsup that has about 30 members who are bringing up bilingual children. As you can see by the proposed topic name, we would like the topic to be about more than just bilingualism.
