adding 'Zombie thread' to actual thead title

To stop people offering advice to the mum who's struggling with her 2 year old in 2007 type situations

Then posters know it's a zombie thread as only the annoying fool person who activates an old thread sees 'zombie thread'

I came here to say the same thing.

I'm sure the woman who had the carpet fitter storm out has had the problem resolved by now.

Having a warning on the posting box is one thing but sometimes I can get pages into a thread before I realise it's a zombie.

So please add it to the thread title or to the top of the op.

Yes it was the carpet fitting thread! I get when it's spammed re-open but what point did the poster who reactivated it again have??

I suggested this about 150 years ago and it still ain't happened. Drives me bonkers!

I does come up about once a week when someone has read a long in depth op, responded with a long and considered opinion only to find out that it all happpen 10 years ago and the house they were looking at has long since sold.
