Mega Bloks advert appears on the Advanced Search page even though I use an adblocker (sorry)

What gives? It only happens on that page.

Most companies who create ads are trying to get around ad blockers. They are there to keep sites free as they pay for the upkeep.

I know what adverts are for.

Pissing me off too. I block ads for a reason. I know mega bloks exist, an extensive advert on a website isn't going to make me rush out and buy them.

same here, i even tried blocking it specifically and its still there.

Not sure HQ will give you tips how to get around the adds that finance their business .

Bizarrely (or coincidentally), it seems to have stopped.

OP - you can tweak your ad-blocker to block any ads that get through
