Do MNHQ still reply to reports?

If I report something and I've asked for a response will they get back to me?

Or am I better off contacting them directly?

I did have something specific that I wanted to discuss about the thread/post.

Yes they do but at the moment it could take a while.

They have said they are working through quite a number of reports right now.
