Thread randomly starting from the beginning when I'm in the middle of reading it

As mentioned above, sometimes when I'm reading a thread in the middle the original post occurs, but sort of following on from a successive post, kind of

Post 1, 2,3,4... then post 1,2,3...

Also, just as I started this thread, the Apple app threw me out. iPhone 5s.
