Edge / Windows 10 keeps logging me out and its REALLY ANNOYING!!!

and still its doing it???

Edge/Windows 10 is a dreadful piece of software in my opinion, I purchased a new PC and could only get one with it on. It's very likely it's that which is logging you out and not MN.

The only suggestion I can think of is downloading another browser and using that e.g. Mozilla Firefox or google chrome.

Sorry about this. As PP has said, have you tried another browser? Is anyone else having this issue?
