Trending but Deleted

Could deleted threads perhaps not appear in Trending please?
It is very annoying.

The Madeline McCann thread (for example) was deleted ages ago, but hours later it is still showing as "trending". So people will be clicking on it. It's deleted. But I guess the clicks keep it "trending".

Yes, "Trending" shows the most clicked on threads. Zombie agrees that there should be a way to break the link once a thread is deleted.

Agree, that thread was still showing for hours after it was deleted and I kept bloody clicking thinking it might be a TAAT from the first one!!

A day later and it has finally gone though Grin
