I seem to have mislaid 'Customise'

Can't find these three dots for bookmarking, neither can I find Customise. Am I just being spectacularly thick?

I'm guessing you must be on the App or mobile site? But on the desktop site, next to the word Talk up there ^ is a little circle with a downward facing arrow. If you click in the circle there's a drop-down menu which includes Customise.

I'm afraid I can't help with your dots though!
