Why can't I get to the top of the page and why is it jumping around with every keystroke??

All of a sudden I can't click on anything at the top of the page as it is hidden behind ads or the address bar. And every time I type a post (like this one), the page jumps up and down with every keystroke, so essentially I can only see what I'm writing with alternate keystrokes, and it's constantly flashing. These things combined are making the site virtually unusable :(. I've tried clicking on the desktop site but it makes no difference. I'm using safari on an iPhone, if that makes any difference. Help!
