Bookmarking woes, please help MNHQ

I can bookmark on the app on my iPhone.
I can't bookmark on the site on my laptop (using Chrome)
I can't bookmark on the mobile site on my iPhone (using Safari)
No sign of the 'three dots' thing on either of these two. Can you please help?
Also - it would be marvelous if bookmarked places could sync across devices.
It would also be marvelous if the bookmarking function was reliably available on all devices and browsers and people could use it instead of posting "marking my place" etc etc.

No sign of the three dots thing on Chrome on laptop.
There is the 'three dots' thing on Safari on iPhone but bookmark is not an option. Has it been removed?

Ooh, I can bookmark on all my devices and the bookmark syncs with them all.

I use mac (safari), I pad app, iPhone app, Android mobile site and windows desktop site, I have had no problems with any bookmarking.

3 dots are present and correct for me also.

I'm on an iPhone and my three dots are there, so is the little down arrow at the top of the page. Do you have your font enlarged and the margins not showing on your screen?

On Safari on my iPhone I can see the little arrow right at the top of the thread, and the three dots on each post, but bookmark isn't coming up as an option.
