So why was my post deleated?

I asked a question about why a particular thread was being allowed to stand. I was directed to a mumsnet statement about free speech. My post, breaking no site rules and offending no one, was deleated. I think I've had it with mumsnet.

No need to get arsey OP. You're starting to come over like a GF...

If you want to know why your thread was deleted read the deletion message.
In fact here it is :

"Thread deleted

Message from MNHQ: Thread withdrawn as MN responses to the Transgender debate will be posted on the OG threads.

flowers"

HTH

op

You need to speak to MN. I am sure they are more than aware of the current trans debates and they have a hard job. I have addressed my concerns - just as people on here have expressed their concerns as on the Spartacus thread.

I think you should address your views to MNHQ. I am sure they are getting views from all sides.

Ego147 · 28/08/2016 23:11

Definite TAAT
TBF - so are the other trans threads.

PickAChew · 28/08/2016 23:12

Jonso · 28/08/2016 23:13

The posters you complained about had not broken site rules. Maybe they thought you were goady?

TheoriginalLEM · 28/08/2016 23:18

PickAChew · 28/08/2016 23:21

There was a CBBC thing about it, the other day, LEM

But it is heard of more online than in everyday life, for most of us.

TheoriginalLEM · 28/08/2016 23:26

ahh pick a chew - we have outgrown cbbc in this house so maybe that explains it thank god

MephistoMarley · 29/08/2016 08:20

Mnhq are going to respond to the threads in one place but they haven't decided what to say yet.
