MNHQ please actually deregister me!

I have tried to deregister this afternoon but my account is still up and running, I want all my posts deleted and I am getting very anxious that this hasn't happened.

I'm posting here in the hope of flagging it up to MNHQ

So sorry to hear that you are leaving.

Deregistering doesn't actually delete all your posts we're afraid - and we're really sorry that that you're anxious about this.

We try, wherever possible, not to do mass deletions as it tends makes a nonsense of the boards. Plus, it means potentially useful posts are removed.

Could you move my thread that I reported earlier to the 30 day only board then?
It's not that I really need posts removed I just need it to not be around for long.
I don't want it to be visible forever.
