There is a bad link which was inadvertantly posted on our chat thread on Saturday evening. It's the link on Melsy's post of 12.06 am Saturday night/Sunday morning on our thread about 4 mumsnetters being in my house. When essbee clicked on it a virus immediately infected her computer. We are concerned that someone else may have the same problem so could you please delete that post? I did email on the night but maybe you never received it?

I opened it before I saw the warning and my laptop has suffered no ill-effects. Although it's my work network, so perhaps the virus software dealt with it. I didn't get a warning or anything. Ooops.

Hi Janster

This has been deleted now. Sorry we missed your mail on Saturday night it must have slipped through the net. (Saturday was cross over point with half of mumsnet returning from hols and half about to set off). Thanks for alerting us all the same.
