Why can't I see the photos on my (and other people's) profile page?

What do I need to do? I've uploaded them, labelled and titled them and clicked save - but still only the titles appear.

I can see your pics. They are lovely.
Don't know why you wouldn't be able to see them though.

Oh! Well, it must be my computer, then (dh recently installed a ferocious anti virus programme which is like having Big Brother censoring what I look at)
