Dear HQ,

For months now I have been logged on and off randomly. I have emailed you lots of times and you have'nt sorted it out. Please help. Feeling left out. love shutup

Can you please drop us a line at [email protected] letting us know which device you're using, which version of the site, which browser (all the usual details) and we'll have another look into what's been going wrong.

We can see that you've been posting over the past few months, so you can at least get in!
