How do I add a photo on to my main profile page?

I've uploaded a piccie, but I want it to be the main one, and I can't see how to do it.....

Go back to the page where you wrote your profile and about half way down it asks you if you want to show any of the pictures from your gallery (assuming you have a picture in your gallery) on the main page.
