Why is it that when I click on Active Convs I can only see the screen for the ACs at 11.08 last night?

That sounds like a problem with a cache. Your browser keeps local copies of pages in a cache to avoid retrieving them from servers unnecessarily. Also, some ISPs use a "transparent cache" to do the same thing. Both these can occasionally keep pages when they shouldn't, preventing you from getting the most up to date one. Usually, clicking "refresh" in your browser is enough to force it to reload fully (if it's your local one that's doing it).

I can only click on Active Conversations, the other ones are not underlined and I can't click on no chat, no buying/selling and include special needs. Is this an ongoing problem?

Those are labels for the check boxes to their left. If you don't want chat, click the box to the left of no chat for example, then click active conversations and you'll get active conversations with no chat. Same for the others. It's all the same active conversations link, you just tick the boxes you want first.
