Android app?!

Just switched from iPhone to android.. is there no talk app? I've googled it and it tells me there is but it's not in the play store. Am I missing something?

I've been wondering that myself. Every time I try to download the app I just get redirected to the Google play homepage.

I think it got pulled when MN was hacked. They also pulled the iPhone one but redesign and released pretty quickly. I've not seen any news on the Android app for ages (may have missed it!).

I use the mobile site in chrome and it works great, much less glitchy than the old app.

Yes, v annoyingly they pulled it after the hack a year ago and never fixed it. Fixed the iPhone one and relaunched it though. Bloody elitist site.

It's not elitist. Well, not intentionally so. It's that IOS apps are easy to code and secure, and Android apps are not. The android app will take a lot more work overall, and android has a lot more security concerns, which will be a concern for MN after the hack.

Ah right thanks all. I shall use the mobile site on chrome for now then!
